Our take on Nomad
Nomad sits between Airalo and the discounters: solid app, regional passes, often a bit more expensive for a cleaner SKU ladder. Good when you want fewer 'mystery MVNO' surprises.
Our take: Nomad is a rational #2 after Airalo, not a default winner. Check the country sort — when Nomad is within a few euros of the cheapest option, the app is worth it; when it is 30% above, skip.
- We pick it when : Digital nomads wanting regional coverage without Holafly prices.
- We skip it when : A discounter is dramatically cheaper on that exact country SKU.
